Sunday 5th October – Love Nor Money

From the birth place of heavy rock comes Birmingham’s next finest export, Love nor Money. Two brothers, Bob and Eddie Firth are joined by Troy Weaver on drums to breathe fresh air into an age of music struggling to find an era-defining band.
Love nor Money’s mission is simple and clear, to be the band that music lovers have been waiting for.
Formed in 2023, Love nor Money instantly set themselves apart with a fusion of West Midlands-heavy riffs and Mersey-melodic clarity to summon a new dawn of rock that pays ultimate respect to its ancestors. An incendiary back drop of guitars sounding so powerful they could bring down skyscrapers fuel the emotive, relatable lyrics of Bobby Firth’s harrowing vocals.
A clear passion for early blues and 70s rock is unmistakable in Love nor Money’s unique identity pertaining to an authentic retro influence that’s never sounded so current. The debut EP, Shame of Short Lifespan, will take you on a journey of influences from the notorious riffs of Zeppelin, to the groove of the Stones while evidencing a deep lyrical appreciation for the likes of Ray Davies, Bob Dylan and Tom Waits – the band’s dearest lyrical inspirations.
Sunday 12th October – The People’s Big Band
Sunday 19th October – Smokin’ Ade Wakelin Band
Sunday 26th October – Back on The Road
