Jerry Lee Tee

In the mid-sixties, rock’n’roll pioneer Jerry Lee Lewis could often be found plying his trade around the provincial venues of Britain. One raucous night in 1964, queues were forming down West Bromwich High Street to see the man himself in action at the Town Hall. Big Bear Records boss Jim Simpson was there with his camera in tow, and got some great shots of the man they called The Killer in action.
