In 2019, original Black Sabbath manager Jim Simpson was searching through his attic when he discovered a box marked “Sabs photos”. Opening it up, he couldn’t believe what was inside – negatives of photos he’d taken of the band in 1968, shortly after they changed their name from Earth – some of them outside his house, many of them previously unseen!
This limited edition set of six high quality A5 postcards shows a different side of the godfathers of Heavy Metal as young men, shortly before they began their journey on to world domination.
