The opportunity to support the Festival’s Education Projects with schools.

CITY CENTRE JAZZ STAGE

To provide a daily performance stage in a prime city location - a focal point for the presentation of top quality music free of charge to the general public. ‘(The Sponsor’s) JAZZ STAGE’ offers the chance for branding, marketing and promotional activities to significant audiences of residents and visitors alike.
Daily performance times: 12.00 to 12.40; 13.00 to 13.40; 14:00 to 14.40.

Flags On Centenary Square.
29 Flags are available, ideally situated on Centenary Square, within close proximity to Broad Street, The ICC and the Repertory Theatre, Flagpoles are suited to flags measuring 9ft x 4ft 6”.

Size: 11” x 2” (approx.). Quantity: 3000 (2 versions).

The (Sponsor’s) Event will enjoy widespread publicity as a major feature in Festival Calendar Guide, the comprehensive guide to the musicians, events and all other essential information. A4 format with full colour and a print-run of 170,000. Targeted distribution throughout the region and beyond to more than 600 key outlets.

The Festival includes a major Sponsor's logo and appropriate acknowledgement on all printed material, including the flagship Festival Poster.

The Festival Press Office, in liaison with the Sponsor, will mount an energetic campaign to the press, radio and TV with press releases being sent to over 130 media contacts. Follow-up work will be made to gain features, photo opportunities, inclusion in entertainment listings, previews, etc.

The Festival mailing list comprises a database of over 14,500 addresses. It is regularly updated to provide highly effective direct mail shots to those who have displayed a proven interest.
