Gilad Atzmon is one of the most highly regarded jazz musicians playing today and we are fortunate to have him back in Birmingham with the acclaimed Orient House Ensemble. By turns fiery, funny and funky the band will be
playing tracks from their latest CD Songs of the Metropolis as well as their back catalogue. Featuring Atzmon’s brilliant playing on a variety of instruments, alto and soprano saxes, clarinet and accordion and ably supported by Frank Harrison (keyboards), Yaron Stavi (double bass) and Eddie Hick (drums).
“…superb musicianship, there’s never a dull moment at an Atzmon gig.” The

Since then the Orient House Ensemble has toured all over the world and
recorded six highly acclaimed CDs
